Bio/Description

Hadi Kamara’26, originally from Alexandria, Virginia, is the proud son of a Sierra Leonean immigrant mother. He is currently pursuing a degree in Politics with a focus on International Relations at Princeton University, where he is expected to graduate in 2026. His academic journey began at Northern Virginia Community College, where he earned an Associate’s Degree before transferring to Princeton. In addition to his studies at Princeton, he has expanded his global perspective by studying Swahili for two summers at Maseno University in Kenya. He has further broadened his horizons through study abroad programs at the University of Sydney in Australia and Oxford University in England. Beyond his academic achievements, he is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He served as a Crew Chief on C-130 aircraft, supporting critical operations with Air Force Special Operations Command at Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico and United States Air Forces in Europe Command at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. At Princeton, he is deeply involved in student life, serving as an active member of several organizations, including the Princeton Student Veterans and the Princeton Transfer Association. He is committed to fostering stronger connections between traditional and non-traditional student communities, helping bridge gaps and promote inclusivity on campus.
